Hello lovelies,
I am an avid reader and a proud owner of Amazon's Kindle Touch, and recently I have finished a book that was too good to not tell you about. Either Side Of Midnight is currently only available on the Kindle, however you can download the free Kindle app and read it, it will only set you back 97p and I can tell you now it is well worth the minimal amount and more! It is roughly 365 pages in length and it only took me, roughly 6 hours to complete, it's written in a third person account of the events that unfold as the story progresses and the narrative switches between the present time and the run up to it.

The story follows the protagonist Naomi Stone's kidnapping on her Wedding night right outside her hotel, Naomi is a one half of 19 year old pair of twins who were born either side of midnight, hence the name of the novel. Annabel, Naomi's twin sister, is her complete opposite, even down to the looks which causes Camilla, the girls' mother, to hold high expectations of Naomi. Naomi is studying at a music based University in Manchester when she meets Nathan, although she has no friends to tell except for Lorie her ex-nanny and the keeper of her Parent's house, as the relationship between them progresses the pair get engaged and eventually married. On the night of her wedding Naomi loses her religious necklace and in the process of looking forward to it is captured, the rest of the novel sees her struggle to discover who her mystery kidnapper was and what lead to the kidnapping in the first place.

The story is full of plot twists, every time I thought I knew what was going on it would flip it on it's head, although the story had so many turns it wasn't completely unbelievable, which was definitely a plus for me. I found it a gripping and interesting read, I would read books by this author again happily and I was very impressed with the overall book, it was well written and had an incredible plotline. Absolutely one of my new favourite books, I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
