NOTD- Blackout

I decided I would do a quick nail post today as I felt back in the swing of blogging, I got a load of Revlon nail polishes for Christmas and I am in the process of trying them out, they are lovely and pigmented, shiny and don't seem to chip too easily. Some nail polishes even chip when I'm typing but these haven't budged.

Black Lingerie- This is a very true Black nail polish, it was opaque after one coat but I always apply two to be safe, it's exactly what you would look for in a black nail polish. I have been searching for one which is of decent quality for a long time and this is it! The formula is quite viscose (runny/liquidy) which makes it much easier to apply and the thin brush aids precision.
Steel Her Heart- As for the formulas they are very much the same however this nail polish isn't as opaque, two coats were definitely needed for the colour to show true to the bottle and I would possible add a third, I didn't bother though.
